I just heard. Gone is that 'boy' that I remember fondly from childhood, he & I riding our bicycles on Pisgah Pike, Paynes Mill, that area. In more recent times, discussing what a house should rent for, "what's been up with you," etc. In a better place he is now. My condolences, All my best.
Susan and Family,
My deepest sympathy on the passing of Tavner. I know he was a great asset to our studnet athletes and those who knew him as a tutor. Susan we miss you at UKAA and will pray for you and your family. God Bless You

Susan and Tav's Family, it was a privilege to have known Tav. He was a kind, well read, amusing, southern gentlemen who we will all miss. He is in our prayers and will remain in our stories. Thank you for filling his soul with laughter and love.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Susan and the Dunlap family.
Life.....so fragile, Heart....so broken,... Susan, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family through this heartbreaking time. There's nothing I can say that will ease your pain but I just wanted you to know I am thinking of you.
We are all feeling the loss of a great friend and confidant. A cousin/brother with whom many life experiences were/are shared. God will keep Tabby in our hearts forever.
My deepest condolences to the Dunlap family.
Losing a loved one one is tragic, both for the family, and all whose lives were touched and enriched by that person.
May the God of all comfort give you the strenght you need to help you through this difficult time.

As the clouds of grief pass with some difficulty, I join in knowing that you and the children will rediscover the light of your own lives and gift that further from your having known Tab.
My heart is with you. Tavner will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. All of our lives were enriched by knowing him. Who can forget his love of Disneyworld? Susan, I hope you can find comfort in the happiness you had together while you deal with the loss. Love, Gail
I'm so sorry for your loss Susan. Tavner was such a wonderful guy and I know he'll be watching over you as the years pass. You have a great guardian angel. May you find some solace in that. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
We will always remember the Thanksgiving we spent together here on HHI. Tavner was a wonderful man and you have our deepest sympathies, prayers and love.
Sincerely, Kent, Colleen, Whit and Ross Langley
