Mrs. Stout and family. I would like to extend my sincere condolences to you all. I didn't know Mr. Stout well, oh but, I've heard many stories and testimonies from friends that he coached at Tates Creek years ago, nothing but wonderful things. Mrs. Stout I was one of your Winburn Jr High students back in the early 70's. Know that my prayers are with your family. Another angel has taken his wings and flown on to heaven.

Anna, Juan & Family,
Although we were not able to attend the visitation or home going services for Louis, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
As we fondly shared memories of Louis as friend, neighbor, and professional, my wife Ventra, reminded me that she first met Louis when Governor Collins asked her to Chair the Kentucky Martin Luther King Holiday Commission that included Mr. Stout as an important member.
Thanks to him and others on the commission, the MLK holiday and landmarks throughout Kentucky will forever be part of his legacy.
God bless and keep his loving arms around you.

Reading about Mr. Stout really impressed me as a young man. The world needs more people like him that care about children. “For God is not unrighteous so as to forget your work...” Hebrews 6:10.

Our prayers go out to you and your family for that loss that you feel. We are praying for you.
