TILLERY, WILLIAM T. "BILL" -, 67, of Powell, TN, passed away December 22, 2012. He was a veteran and served in the US Army. He was retired from B&W Y12 after almost 30 years of service. Bill enjoyed his time outdoors doing everything from hunting, fishing, golfing and gardening, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends. He was a loving, caring, devoted husband, father and papaw. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur B. and Katherine Tillery; and his brother, Arthur B. Tillery, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Reed Tillery, of Powell; sons, Billy Tillery and his wife, Megan, of Powell, Tommy Tillery, of Powell, Michael Tillery and his wife, Angie, of Powell; grandchildren, Tori, McKenzie, Mikey; sister, Janie Peterson and her husband, Garry, of Kansas; brother, Sidney Franse and his wife, Shirley, of Florida; brother, Andrew Franse and his wife, Lola, of Townsend; brother-in-law, Lee Reed, of Kingston; sister-in-law, Laura Sneed, of Powell; nieces, Kim, Tammy, Chrissy; nephews, Junior, Chris, Dewayne; close friend, Doug Patt; and many other family members and close friends. Family will be receiving friends, Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. with a 7:30 p.m. funeral service at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel, Claxton. Burial will be Thursday, 11:00 a.m. at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens. Family requests donations to be made in his name to American Diabetes Association. Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 160 Edgemoor Rd., Claxton, is honored to serve the Tillery Family.
