When my family moved to our home on Calfornia avenue, Chuck and Phyllis were the first neighbors to welcome us. Chuck was a just a wonderful man, a great friend to all that had the privilege of knowing him, and an American hero. He will be missed. Our condolences to the Tighe family.

In my 92 years I have met thousands of people - never found one sweeter as a man than Chuck. I flew combat with him and can testify to his courage and skills. God Bless Chuck!
