To the Hunt Family,
My Deepest condolences He was an Icon in the NFL and AFL He Will Be Missed.
He Gave me fond memories of Arrowhead as a child. And Made me the Chiefs fan that I am today. I am sorry for the loss.

During the early 90's I worked for the catering company that served the owner's suite at Arrowhead. Prior to every game Mr. Hunt would always greet the catering staff in his suite before his morning run in the parking lot.His graciousness, even with part time employees always impressed me as a great person who knew how to treat people.Thank you,Mr.Hunt for all you did for Kansas City and sports as a whole.God bless you and your family.

I was born and raised in S. Jersey, close to Philly and the Eagles were my team, until the Chiefs appeared on the scene. I was fortunate enough to move to KC 30 years ago and have been an ardant fan all this time. I admire and respect Mr. Hunt's efforts in behalf of football and I admire the standards of excellence he has always demanded of himself and his team. You will me missed, Lamar... May God welcome you into your eternal resting place where you'll always be a winner.
