I was a child I would call in to the Larry Munson Show. I actually got through a few times to give him a question. That was the greatest thing I had ever experienced in my young life. I never knew what the weather was on game day until Larry would tell me "GET THE PICTURE" and describe it on the radio. He was the reason I have been a Bulldawg fan for over 35 years and always will be no matter where I live.THANK YOU LARRY.

Few days before Christmas now and I just read through " favorite calls" again. Got a tear in my eye that will just not go away.Used to carry a transistor radio in to the games with my dad, as he parked us under the tressel. You were so much a part of our lives Larry. God bless you always.

I grew up watching the Bulldogs play and listening to you call the games. You always painted such a vivid picture for me that I could actually see what was going on down on the field even though I was only listening via the radio. I feel like I have lost a part of my family. You will be missed. Godspeed
