My name is Tim Lewis - I worked for the City of Vacaville when Lee first came to find a land assemblage. I will always remember him. He was the best. God Bless his family and his wonderful memory!....Tim Lewis

I first met Lee when I joined CB in November of 1968. He sat at the back of the 'Tea House' and was a legend even then. I admired Lee's real estate knowledge, his humor, his ability to teach & his success in many related fields..family, friends & business. I last spoke to Lee at Don Koll's memorial. He was and is an inspiration to so many (including me).
Bless him and his family! He will be missed.
There was only ONE Lee Sammis!!

Beverly and I just ran into your dad about 6-8 months ago, and true to form, he was charming, a little gruff, and forever endearing. What a guy. You were blessed to have him, and heaven will open those gates wide to receive him. Love and prayers to all of you.
