I work at the Scotland County Landfill. I have been here almost 4 years and when I first came, Mr. Chatman was semi-retired but I was able to see him from time to time and he was always a very kind and courteous man. It was a pleasure to know him and I am sorry for your loss. I know the guys here at the landfill speak highly of him as well. God bless your family.
