When I was very young, I would put my feet in your shoes and walk around in them. When I was 4-5 years old, your shoes seemed like a giants shoes. Later, as I grew into adult hood, I was able fit into them but even to this day, I can never quite fill them. How could I? You were our dad, teacher, mentor, and provider. You were also much more. Can anyone of us ever remember our cars going to a mechanic? or a plumber coming to our house? No! Because you did it all.
You taught me so much. Mostly, how to be a dedicated father to my own children and good husband. You also taught me humility, honesty, work ethic, how to be a good listener, how to take life's ups and downs and not be a complainer. You were my source of inspiration and I will miss you.
