I met Dr Joe recently but felt like a long-time friend after getting to know him. We were like-minded in a number of ways; particularly our progressive views. It was a privilege to have been a brief part of this amazing person!

To the family of our cousin, Joe Ciotti... all of us extended family in Kenosha send our sympathy to cousin Carmella (Joe's sister), Joe's children and grandchildren and sister's children. Beautiful memories of years past remain in our hearts. May your brother and father rest in eternal peace.

Joe, thanks for the memories. God Bless You and Your Family...

Joe was a very generous person with a big heart. We know first hand how he helped a couple who were struggling to make ends meet in Las Cruces. Joe went so far as to loan them his car so they'd have transportation. Joe graciously invited us to join him at "Ump 88" to partake of "Taco Tuesday". Joe said, I'll buy the tacos - as many as you'll eat! Louie enjoyed playing tennis with Joe at Lion's Courts. Our hearts are heavy in learning about Joe's passing. He was a good and kind man. Our sympathy to his family and his many friends.
