Mrs.Chase and family, my sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one Mr. Chase, we have lost another brave Veteran. I was one of his nurses at the LC VA Clinic and he always had a smile and great disposition, his wife Corinne was so attentive and patient to her husbands health care needs. Mr. Chase RIP, my prayers and thoughts are with all of you.
