When someone you love becomes a memory the memory becomes a treasure. My memories of John will always be his great smile, friendliness and laughfter. John and I became friends back in 1980 when I worked in Silver. He was a true friend and I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He sent me pictures of the snow in his back yard just a year ago. I was sorry to see the news of John' passing. I hadn't seen John since I moved to Las Cruces in 1975. I never knew that his Family was from Silver City. I knew John & Kathryn & Frances from my days at Monte Vista Christian Church in Albuquerque. JOHN graduated 2 years ahead of me at UNM college of Pharmacy (Class of 1967. I worked as a servant of the people in the capacity of a pharmacist up until Aug 31, 2011 I'm retired now- have three daughters, 3 grand-daughters, 2 dogs & 5 grand-dogs.
