rest in peace my friend...mark kury
Well Dick it was many years ago we met in Lebanon at the PaperBox and when we moved to Jonestown. I valued your friendship and sorry we lost touch. So glad we reconnected through your son Chris. Wish I could have done more. You were a great guy and will be missed by many. You RIP you deserve it. My prayers to the whole family. Sherry Lebanon Pa.
Richard was a great person and a great father. I remember all the fun times walking all over Lebanon with him and Chris.
He and Chris kept me out of trouble and helped me become who I am today. He will be missed and we still have the Return of the Jedi DVD that he gave to Kiel when he met my son for the first time.
You will always be in our hearts and will be missed.
I remember Dickie when we played on Locust Street and portrayed many TV heroes.Such as Superman,Batman,Lone Ranger & others May the blessings be as your in the presence of the Lord.
I was a Richard's friend since the days we first met at the State Theater in Lebanon. We both shared a love for movies, especially horror films. Our friendship lasted through the the day he passed from this world. He will be missed.
Mr. Knott was a great man who had a loving heart and gentle spirit. I will never forget how kind he was toward me. Thank you Mr. Knott and Rest in Peace.
I met Richard back in the days when I played music with Chris. He was a huge fan of our band and came out to support us at a ton of shows. Even at some of our less desirable venues. He was always a pleasure to chat with and always fun to be around. I always looked forward to seeing him! Rest in peace my old friend, you will be missed! ~Bart
Rest in peace pop. And watch over us all I love you
Our deepest condolences to the entire family!
I have known Dick over half my life. I sit here trying to think of what to write and I find myself reminiscing back to all the great times I have shared with him. I have never in my life met a man so loving, hilarious, caring, unselfish , the list could go on FOREVER! Dick's heart was filled with such love and admiration and pride for not only Chris, but just about anyone that he came in contact with. He always turned a negative in to a positive and followed it up with some fatherly advice and a "good job kiddo". I know how many lives he has touched and how humbled he would be with all the love. I am so honored to have known and had Dick in my life. May you live on in our hearts in peace my dear sweet friend.
My name is Rob Currier and I've known Dick since I moved into his son Chris' neighborhood some 35 years ago. The things I remember most about him are the things he did for Chris. I remember walking all over Lebanon with Chris and his father. It might have been to go to a movie, walk to Hills or go to a card shop to find that Joe Montana rookie card (he found it). But everytime I could see that there was nothing he would not do for his son. I will remember those times and all those wrestling pay per views and Flyers playoff hockey games that we watched at his house. I know he is now in a better place. I will miss you.
You will always live in our hearts and prayers.
There's not a second I don't think about you pop. I miss you so much but I'm glad you finally have peace and are pain free. I'll see you in the future and I can't wait. Love you always and forever.
