I have such fond memories of Avery from the days around the Board table of Saskatchewan Wheat Pool. Such an intelligent, caring, and kind gentleman.

Pat, Paula, Dean, sorry to hear about your father.

To the Sahl family, my deepest condolences on the loss of your fine father. I shared many a good laugh working on the farm with Avery and Dean in the summer of 1978. He was always smiling and willing to joke around with me, which I greatly appreciated. I will always know him as "Big Daddy" from our clowning around. I wish I had seen more of him, I believe I last spoke with him at the Homecoming in 2000. I always had a great respect for Avery, he will be missed. I will be praying for all of you and Avery as well.....as Avery used to call me "John" Paul

I will miss my friend Avery. He was like the big brother I never had. I remember the years that we worked together on the farm. Harvest usually ended on his birthday! We always had a cake. Love to your family.

I remember Avery as always smiling and enjoying a good laugh. May you find comfort in the knowledge that many are holding you in their hearts and remembering Avery along with you. My deepest condolences.

Avery was my favorite partient at the dental office I used to work at; I was deeply saddened by the news of his passing. He was always kind and light hearted. So sorry for his family's loss.

Pat, Paula and Dean . So sad to hear of your Dads passing.

My memories of him are of a wise man that had a Big Heart , an entrepreneurial spirit and an invertors mind .

He was always interested in how others were doing and conversations I had with him in last 30 years were always about him asking how business was going !

His kind ways will be missed by all whom knew him !
