My thoughts are with you Joan and family. Frank was a gentleman and a good host. He was a caring friend. He is at peace now. Take care Joan. Prayers for you. Love Madeline

My deepest sympathies to the Bernier family, so many fond memories of Mr. Bernier growing up in Eastview, coaching hockey with my dad, giving me my first job cutting grass and tree trimming at Armco and one of my first fencing contracts to fence off the Armco lot on Broad St. We are all better for knowing Frank and his love and care. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Cliff Geiger
