Bud was my big brother when I was growing up.He had a car and a drivers licence. He would pick me up at the farm and take me fishing to ft Q'appele and long lake. When I got older we went hunting ducks and ruffed grouse. When I got my license things cooled off a bit I think Helen was on the scene then.We stayed in Regina in a huge rooming housefor a while. We stayed fairly close over years I remember some good times after hours @ his I G A store in east regina. When he was in the car business I used to see him a lot. Thanks for every thing Bud and see you later.

Helen & family, Marilyn, Richard & Bella - It saddened me to read of Bud's passing. He was a neighbour and classmate of mine for several years in Cupar. I only knew him to be a quiet, gentle soul. My sympathies to all the family. Marlene (Belden) Strudwick, Victoria, BC.

Dear Aunt Helen, Shawna, Ryan and Sully:
We are so sorry to hear of Uncle Bud's passing. Besides the Roughriders, if there is one thing I know, is how much his family meant to him. May the good memories help to ease the pain of his loss. You are in our prayers.
Hugs from Brenda, Ian and Bronwynn

Helen, Shawna and Sully , I send my deepest condolences on the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. I have many good memories of happy times going to $2.00 football games and fun times at Lumsden Beach. I keep you in my prayers and truly hope you are surrounded by family and friends who will comfort and support you through this difficult time. Bud was a good man who fought the good fight. Rest in Peace.
