Love and prayers to all family members of auntie Grace, especially to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Auntie was a very special lady, she shared her gifts of loving care with her family and community for as far back as I can remember. I admired her as a young beautiful energetic nurse working at the Fort Indian Hospital. And she went on to make many contributions to her community in her working years. I recall her melodious voice when she sang country songs and played the guitar. She sang in the church choir as well. I apppreciated her love of making and sharing Dakota Lakota style moccasins. She modeled the love of her culture with kindness and compassion. Most of all she modelled how to live, laugh and honour her Maker. RIP auntie Grace.
