Diana, Ginty and family. I have fond memories of Irene - she was a great lady who took me under her wing at my very first job right out of high school. We had many great times together. So sorry for your loss - my deepest sympathy to all of you.

Amy and Jodi,

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know you held a special place in Irene's heart. She was a wonderful woman and a special grandma to you both! Hold on to the many great memories you made throughout the years!

Hugs to you both!

Sorry for your loss

It is with fondness that I look back and smile at the memories of working with Irene STEINHAUER. I was introduced to your mom, Diana, when I joined the staff at Guaranty Trust Company in 1983 as the Branch Receptionist and she worked in Morgage and Loans. I remember her as a sharp dresser, a gentle lady who always had a twinkle in her eye, and if something (or someone) got under her skin, she would pucker her lips and walk away (she didn't like conflict). I probably met you, Diana, at some point during those years. My deepest sympathy to you & Ginty and your family at the loss of your mom, grandma, and great-grandma.
