I am very story to hear about Ken. I met Ken working at RUSI, and he was always a joy to be around. Both my husband and I loved listening to his stories and was amazed at his sharp memory and witty sense of humour. He was always smiling and was a very kind hearted man. Sorry to Dorothy and family for your loss, I hope you take pride and find comfort in your memories. He was a good man, and I know he will be missed by all who knew him.

Sharon and I wish to offer our condolences. Ken always had a smile and a story. When he went quiet you new he was going to make you an offer to volunteer for something and usually he had thought it out and approached you for a reason. A Soldier died to day - He will be missed

I served with Ken for 20 years with the Commissionaires. His dedication to a project, his sense of humour and his friendship will be missed.

To Dorothy and The Garbutt Family

My thoughts are with you at this time of personal loss. I have very fond memories of Ken as we attended The Army Cadet League of Canada together for many years. His memory and community service will live on with us for many years to come.

Sincerely Yours, Gerard Buckley

I remember Ken back when he was still a serving member of the CF. He was a well respected Commanding Officer, who was admired, and liked by his soldiers. I am proud to have served under his command, so long ago.

Nulli Secundus!

Rest easy Sir.

Our thought and prayers at this time on your loss of Ken
December-15-17
Dorothy & Family,

Our most sincere condolences on your loss of Ken. I met him at the RCASC (S) when I was an junior officer at Apprentice Trg Coy after my return from UNEF. We formed a friendship then based on mutual respect and I was so pleased when he was CFR'd and welcomed him to the Mess. Ken was on my sword party in July 1967 after which I was posted and didn't serve with him again, but kept in touch. Ken was proud of his service and it showed at the final RCASC parade in Borden when we met for the last time. We shall miss him and his wise counsel and friendship.
