So sorry to hear of Frances' passing. She was a dear woman whom I thought a lot of while growing up. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

My sincere condolences to the Bannister Family for the loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in Ecclesiastes 9:5 where we read that our loved ones are peacefully asleep.

She was a grand lady!! So proud of her boys and their families. Loved visiting her when she still lived on Vandalia Lake and loved her wit and wisdom. Am penning this from AZ where my husband and I snowbird each year, so I will not be able to see you personally. This is a celebration of a life well lived, and I am glad to have been a small part of that. Lovingly, Sue Muelchi Crawford Harrison

Larry, Bruce and families,

We were sorry to learn of the passing of your mother. My first memory of a birthday party was at a Cub Scout meeting in the basement of her house where she was my den mother. She always had a big container of popcorn ready for us all. In addition to serving as an elementary teacher in the Vandalia School District for many years she was a mentor for many young people in the community. Later in life I enjoyed visiting with her at Brookestone in Effingham when I went to visit my mother. You are all in our prayers. Dan and Karen Bolin
