Columbus, GA- Dannielle Rachelle Smith, 26, of Columbus died Sunday, November 11, 2012 at the Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA with Rev. Bob Hawkins officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
Dannielle was born August 7, 1986 in Columbus, Georgia. She was the daughter of Richard Smith and Tracy Offutt Smith. She was a bartender and waitress at Speakeasy. She loved her job and loved being around people.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Shirley Okula.
Survivors include her father, Richard Smith of Omaha, GA and mother, Tracy Smith of Columbus, GA; sisters, Tiffany Nicole Bryant of Gatlinburg, TN and Jessica Smith of Columbus, GA; brother, Richard "CJ" Smith of Columbus, GA; maternal grandfathers, Michael Okula of Columbus, GA and David Offutt (Joanne) of Swainsburg, NC; aunts, Michelle Fultz of Dallas, TX and Jenny Speed of Tampa, FL; nieces, Allysa, Kayla, Shealia and nephews, Jacob and Skyy.

Your eyes and smile would always light up the room. You were always so full of life and dreams...a better life. Always so positive despite whatever hardships came your way. Though we are not blood, you always introduced me as your sister. I love you and will miss you dearly. May peace be with you.
