I discovered Clive Burr as a 15 year old drummer in 1980 with the release of "Iron Maiden". I was so influenced by him I played, dressed and cut my hair to resemble him as much as possible. I've been a Clive Burr devotee my entire drumming life and was devastated when I learned of his passing. A day hasn't gone by that I've not listened to the first 3 Iron Maiden albums. This world is much emptier without you but you are at peace. I'll miss you Clive.
As clives cousin, it is comforting to read all of the messages about how my cousin influenced your life. He was always so giving to fans and genuinely appreciated all of ur good wishes...thank you for your kind words...we miss him dearly
