I just got the news today of Maj. Brinkmans passing. He was an amazing teacher, friend, and stand in parent at times. I was an JROTC student at Carver High school where he taught. He contributed greatly to the person I am, he taught me to be a leader, listen, and be patient. One truly amazing man!
Maj. Brinkman, as I write these words I can see your smile :) thank you for the direction you lead so many of us....
