Another part of my childhood gone now. I remember listening to my parents records of Patti. My favorite song of all time is How much is that doggie in the window. And Tennessee Waltz is so beautiful. Romantic and sad at the same time. And then Cape Cod. That was real music.
She had the most beautiful voice.
I put Patti right next to Patsy Cline.
Its a shame we are losing all the great artists now.
My Deepest Sympathy to all her family & friends.
RIP Patti!

I remember when Pstti would come to church in Okc, we would all want to sit near to her so our voices wouldn't sound too bad ! She was always so sweet & kind to all of us, as was Peggy & Mac. God Bless You - a sweet angel in Gods choir.

What a lady!!!! Our family had the privilege of meeting Patti and her families when she & Jerry purchased their property in Bath,NH. Always the life of the party, she was "old school"...never forgot her roots, never forgot what was really important in her life and that started with her family & friends! Our condolences go out to all of her family and thanks for the memories!
