The Loflin family (neighbors from Topsham, ME) were saddened to learn from our mother that Col. Archer had died. We remember him and the family as great neighbors and friends. Our condolences go to Lee, Ray, Roy, and Diane, and their families, as well as our sympathy and sadness for the loss of their mother, Ina, some years earlier.
