I'm very sorry for the loss of this family and a fellow academic. As a fellow American citizen, we will not forget.

With tears in my eyes, I reach out to the friends and family. My wife and I recently visited DC and I stood for many minutes beside the Memorial at the Pentagon and was especially heart-broken at the benches where more than one name was respresented. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and cyber-hugs go out to all of the people left behind after this tragedy. Much love from Texas,

Dear Leslie...we knew each other many years ago..in the late 70's when we worked at a dinner show theatre together in Denver. Gosh we had some very fun times...so much laughter. You were so funny. But we lost touch and when I read about your death some ten years ago...I wished I would have reached out before it was too late. Ten years...I can't believe it. May you and your family be at peace and one day I hope to visit your memorial! Take care my friend..

Leslie:

I am sorry I couldn't visit you, Charlie and the girls over the weekend, but you have been in my heart for these many days, as you have been for thr past ten years. We will get to you and your benches soon, I promise, and we promise to bring the dog again! We know you like her enjoying the cool stream under the seats! ;-D You were always so generous!

John-Paul and I think of you often, and pray for you all, always. Blessings to you, we love you, and pray for us here who have to live without your friendship and humor. Rest in peace,
