Sister Kevin, May you rest peacefully now. In 1968, you took this then 18-year-old aside and told her to follow her dream of becoming an educator, when another told her she would never achieve anything. I've kept your words in my heart since then and am grateful for your encouragement and belief in me. May our memories of you help to heal our hearts and bring us solace.
