I just found out about Dr. D'Amico and to say I'm heartbroken is an understatement. I first started going to Dr. D'Amico when I was 26 and I am now 68...so many years of enjoying my visits with him. I loved his sense of humor. Several years ago I was laid off as well as my husband and I shared that with him. I didn't visit him for a while for one reason or another and he called my house and left a message in a funny broken Italian accent saying that I haven't been in and to make an appointment - no charge. I was so taken by that because he thought I didn't have insurance and was having a hard time financially. What a gem he was and I know I will never have a wonderful doctor like him again. I know he is in heaven with the angels but he will always remain in all of our hearts forever. May his family know how much we all loved him and will be missed. God Bless Dr. D'Amico and his family.

Just got the news yesterday about Dr. D'Amico's passing and I'm completely devastated. He was by far the best person and doctor I have ever known. Such a caring, compassionate man and always gave me good advice. About four years ago I had to undergo serious surgery for other health problems not related to gynecological issues. He took the time to call me a few days prior to the surgery to offer me courage, strength, and moral support. I will never forget him for that and for so many other wonderful memories I have of him. He made everything seem manageable and better. He was just good, and the type of person you would never forget. He'll be in my heart forever as a dear friend and doctor. My deepest sympathy goes to his family and Gina. He was definitely one of the greats that will be missed by all who knew him. God Bless you Dr. D'Amico, rest in peace.
