I first met Mr. Paddock when he was assisting my parents, Mildred and Phil Talbot, gift a life insurance policy to my husband's and my first and only child, David Jacox. Over years he provided both professional counsel and friendship both to my parents, and my husband and myself despite our career - travels around the U.S. He was a source of sound relevent professional knowledge, a good listener, and a consumate gentleman in all of his interactions with my family. Although my husband and parents are deceased now, on their behalf and behalf of my son and myself I want to extend my deepest condolences to all members of the Paddock family. I am very sorry for your loss. He set the bar high for everyone he met and made this a better world.
Respectfully yours,
Susan Talbot Jacox Weber

Bill Was a special person. His parents, Stanley and Charlotte lived in East Greenbush, NY and through them we joined the Pewter Collectors' Club of America in 1968. Looking a lot like his dad, we enjoyed Bill's twinkle in his eyes. He will be missed. Our sincere sympathy to JoAn and his family. Don & Trish
