Charlie, I will miss you sooo much, You did my first tatoo back in 82', I was so scared! And you were kind and funny and settled me right down so we were both laughing, I walked out with the most beautiful "property tatoo" I wear it til this day. God bless your family, my heart goes out to them.

I am so sorry for your[GREAT]loss,Charlie was a terrific person. He could also make you laugh when you did'nt think you had one left in you.Charlie was a great artist, but he was also a friend.I was raised in a children's home,I drew on everything I could get my hands on including myself.I went through the same thing every day for about five years, got off the bus,got my butt busted, then had to wash all my art work off.I finally told them someday I will have some art work that would not wash off.ENTER:Tattoo Charlie. My sister had some beautiful art work done by Charlie, she took me there when I was 18,location Berry Blvd.that very day I got my[first piece of art work]by the GREATEST TATTOO ARTIST of all time,CHARLIE himself.I still where this art work, plus a few others that came from Charlie's.God be with you and your family, for he knows your family has been here for us. Sincerely Yours,Tina M.Daugherty

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season!
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.
Buddy I did not right this but I did search long and hard to find the right words to say that I thought could speak for all of us.
God Bless Charlie

Rest easy old friend, your hard days are done.
Charlie was a true friend and it was a privilege to have had the opportunity to know him. They say
"only the good die young"...
He is in heaven, smiling down at all of us with a big huge grin!
We will see him again someday....He will watch over us until our day comes to join him!
He will be missed and in our hearts, always and forever...
Just remember we all are blessed,
To have had such a wonderful person be a part of our life.
With deepest sympathy to the Family & Friends of Charlie Wheeler
