Dawn was my first cousin. I remember her and Diana as babies. They were so alike you could not tell them apart. They were always so close. I know they are together again and looking down and smiling. My condolences and prayer goes out to her family, Darrell and her children, her parents William and Helen Joseph, her brothers Lonnie and Ronnie Joseph.
