He is survived by his brother, Doug Drake (Janet); son, Kurtis Windell; and granddaughter, Allison Windell.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday 10 a.m. at Bethany Cemetery.
Donations may be made to Personal Counseling Services Inc., 1205 Applegate Lane, Clarksville, IN. 47129.
