I met Graham in 1973 when we were both assigned to the Medical Command in Thailand. He was at the hospital in Bangkok and I was stationed at the health clinic at Camp Samae San on the Gulf of Siam. We remained good friends through the years catching up several times a year with phone conversations and exchanging greetings at Christmas. We shared the same birthday....Jan 2nd. When I returned from a holday trip and had not heard from Graham, I knew that something was wrong knowing full well that he would not have moved and failed to provide his new contact information. When I entered his name in a google search for Washington, DC, his obituary appeared and fear was confirmed that he had passed away earlier in December. I will miss Graham and hope that he will rest in peace alongside his parents in rural Kentucky. He was a very talented doctor and a good and fatithful friend.

I met Graham in Huntsville and visited with him every time I was in DC. I had not seen him in awhile and knew something was amiss when his Christmas card did not arrive. He was very helpful to me in a transitional time of my life. I will miss him.

Graham and I were dear friends since we met at Fort Knox, Ky in 1965. Over the years our friendship became more precious through trips together and frequent phone calls. I already miss our conversations concerning politics, family gossip, and daily events. To Becky, my heart goes out to you as you cope with your loss of your brother who was a great person.

We, too, wondered if something had happened to Graham, when we didn't receive his usual Christmas Greeting! This was always followed by a call from me on "2 January's", with the yearly lengthy phone conversation wishing Graham a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" and "Happy New Year"! Always a pleasure to reminisce about days at "Redstone Arsenal, Alabama"! We already miss him.

To Becky Bruner and other family members:
It was very sad to hear of your loss. "JP" told me about it earlier today. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless! "Big G."
