To the King Family,
I served on several boards and committees with George King in the 80's. He was sought after for his advice and his loyal networks. Mr King was dedicated to improving our city and it was my pleasure to have worked with him. His contributions to our community will be remembered.
I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the King family. Although I did not personally know Mr. King, I will keep the entire family in my thoughts and prayers. Mr. King seemed like an amazing man who was loved by many people.
I'm sorry for your loss. Thinking of you and your family. Remember you are loved by all of us.
Deepest sympathies are extended to all members of the King family. While I do not know George, I think he would have been a wonderful man to know based upon his contributions to family and community. I know George will be greatly missed. But I pray for peace for all, especially Dorothy who is my co-worker and her husband. Hold tightly together.
Mr. King gave me (and perhaps many others) my first real working "opportunity". The opportunity reinforced "there is no dishonor in a days work" and it kept me occupied at a time when the door to trouble was wide open. Years
later Daryl and Barry helped me tremendously in getting acquainted with and acclimated to living in the North Texas area. I thank Mr. King and his family for all they've meant to me and others around this country.
Grow In Love.
Larry, last spoke with your father few years ago at an anniversary party of mutual friends. May God wrap his loving arms around you and yours. Find comfort in your loving memories you shared with him. Be Blessed.
I would like to send my condolences to the entire King Family. I did not know George, Sr. directly, but he was obviously a man who contributed greatly to communitty and family. I am sure he leaves a void in many people's lives. I hope your memories will provide you with comfort in this difficult time.
I am so sorry to hear about the lost of your love one. Mr. King was a wonderful friend neighbor to me and my family as soon as he started his cleaning service business next door to our home on 39th Street. Every year he would send us a wonderful fruit basket that our family would be so excited to see. We were very pound of him and always kept an eye on out for safety after hours when the business was closed. In addition, Mr. King also brought Girl Scout cookies from me to help support our troops. My family sends Deepest Sympathy during your time of loss. The Crenshaw Family
I am praying for you & the Family during this difficult time for God to give strength. Remember, "They that trust in the Lord shall be as Mount Zion which cannot be removed, but abideth forever. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven & earth".
I'm friends with Darryl King and was saddened to hear of Mr. George King's passing. While I didn't know Mr. George King, if he was anything like his son, then he was certainly a great man. It's my sincere privilege to be Darryl's friend and I'm praying for the King family's grief during this time.
