Mr. Cripe and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May God bless you and comfort you in the days ahead.
Butch; Sorry for your loss Jerry& Mary Jackey, ( Craig & Eric parents ) You have our sympathy.
To the Cripe family...I was sorry to learn of your father's passing. I remember him well from the St. Pius and Dean Drive days. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
Dearest Dean Drive neighbors,
I'm filled with fond memories of your husband and father's beautiful smile, laughter and warm and welcoming ways in which he greeted those he knew.
Of course his smile glowed the greatest when he spoke of his children, their accomplishments or of their families, unless of course he was headed to the golf course which lit up his face light fireworks!!!!!
I have such fabulous memories of times kindly shared in the Cripe's backyard and by "The Big Tree".
Jerry's awesome whistle to call the kids home from playing can still be heard in my mind and brings back warm memories.
Jerry was always a very kind and caring soul was there for you in a time of need with just the right words. He was also wasbthere to celebrate your joys in life.
May your beautiful memories of him wrap their arms around you and hug you for a lifetime.
We were all blessed to have him in our lives.
To my dear Dean Drive neighbors,
I was so very blessed to have your husband and father a part of my life growing up. His fabulous smile, wonderful laughter and warm and welcoming ways whenever he greeted you, will always hold a special place in my heart.
I can still hear his whistle in my mind used to call his kids home from playing; a fond memory.
Many beautiful memories were created in Jerry's shared yard on Dean Dr. by "The Big Tree".
Jerry was always kind and caring about others in a time of need soul and love to be there for you in a time of need or just share in your joyous events.
Of course, no smile was greater or glowing face more prominent than when he spoke of his children's accomplishments or their families. Unless,of course, he was headed to the golf course!!!!!
It's never easy losing a loved husband or parent in our lives but Jerry left each of you with fabulous memories that will wrap their arms around you and hug you for a lifetime. We are all blessed to have had him in our lives.
To the Cripe family: I am so sorry for your loss. I remember your Dad as a man who was always smiling. He was so easy-going and comfortable to be around. Barbara,as you know, Jane & I practically lived at your house during our years in grade school. Just wanted to let you know how special those times were & how special both your Mom & Dad were to us. Again, so sorry for your loss.
To The Cripe Family:
The time our families spent on Dean Drive was special. The Cripes and especially your Dad was a major part of that unique time. He was always kind to all the kids on the street. His laugh is what I will remember most about him. My heart goes out to all of you. You all had a very special father. However, I'm not telling you something you didn't already know. May God bless your family and hold your Dad closely in His arms.
To the Cripe family, may God comfort you and bring you peace during this time of bereavement.
Thank you for your service to our country. Rest in God's eternal peace. From a grateful American.
