When I moved to Louisville in 1984, Sharon was one of the first people I came to know. Indeed, it was she who taught me the town's correct pronunciation, and no one could ask for a kinder, more gracious and witty guide to his new environs.
Though more than two decades have passed since I last saw Sharon, memories have been coming back all day, all of them graced by her warm smile and wonderful alugh.
My heart and prayers are with each of you.
