Billy Ray you are one of the most charming, intelligent, witty, funny, outgoing, spontaneous, life of the party, & free-spirited guys that I have ever met. Anytime that I hung out with you and Dustin was always a blast! I always felt so safe and protected when I was with you all. I am thankful for the times that I did get to spend with you and wish I had more. Thank you for the kindness you showed me. Your beautiful smile was contagious and is one that I will never forget. Your physical presence may be gone now, but YOU have left such an impression on such an innumerable amount of people that YOU will remain forever.
