As the Mayor of West Point, I want to let everyone know how much Charlie did for the children of our town. We have a high percentage of low-income families, and when he started the Hardin County "Toys for Tots Motorcycle Run", it was a God-sent for our kids & families. Please accept our heartfelt sympathies. He WILL be missed.
