So many happy memories we have when you lived in Fairbanks.....Odie, the big red Ford truck, the shared office at 1919 Lathrop, and so on.
Our hearts are very sad. Bless you all at this difficult time.

So sorry ,he was a wonderful doctor.

I worked for Dr. Hastings when he first came to Campbellsville from Alaska. He was always such a kind and caring person to me and his patients. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.

Dr Hastings.. where to start. So many wonderful things to say about you! So sad to say goodbye, but I know we will meet up again someday. Jeff and I think the world of you and loved working with you at TRH. Your compassion, intelligence, diligence and craziness cannot be matched! Days in the OR with you were always fun. I, and all my co-workers, will probably never forget you, Jeff, and the animated conversations!
More importantly, we will never forget the emphasis you placed on family. You were so proud of your girls...and I know they will continue to make you proud forever.
Judy is a lucky lady to have had you as her husband...I know she will miss you dearly as well.
Lastly, all the animals..Tater-tot, Mr. Nightly, The "Bebaddoo's"...so lucky to have a crazy animal lover as their champion...they will miss you too.
So sorry that you had to leave us so soon, but will never forget all the memories. God bless you. thank you for all you did...as a husband, father, surgeon,officer,and friend. We will miss you.

Dr. Hastings was a great man, who loved his family, cared deeply for all his patients and treated each person he met with respect. It was a honor and a privledge to work with him at TRH and he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers with his wife and family during this time.

Dear Hastings family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I first met Dr. H as a patient, and went on to work at TRH with him during college. I've always respected him as a great oral surgeon and caring community member. Please know your family is in my prayers and heartfelt thoughts.

So sorry for your loss. Truly a wonderful surgeon and person who truly cared for his patients and coworkers. Dr. Hastings will live on in our hearts forever!
