As a little girl, I thought Jimmy was such fun! He always made me smile and laugh! I cherish the time I spent with Aunt Helen and Jimmy at family events. One time, Jimmy drove Aunt Ida back to Ohio from Louisville, and they stopped at our house for a surprise visit on the way. I was so excited to open the door and see Jimmy and Ida standing there! My thoughts and prayers are with the Beckmann Family.

My deepest sympathy to the Beckmann Family. I first met Jimmy in the first grade at St Leo's church and school in Highland Park. We went to St. X together while enjoying part time jobs with Webber's Super Market in Highland Park. We made periodic contact through the years sometimes by plan and accidental at othter times. My most recent conversations with him occurred during his period at the apartments on Gardiner Lane where he lived next to my brother. He was a fine person and will be missed.
