AMATO, JENNIE BONGIOVANNI, 96, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012 at Jefferson Manor.
She was a native of Jersey City, NJ and a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Amato Sr.; her son, Peter Amato; and her daughter, Camille Amato Murray.
She is survived by her son, Anthony N. Amato Jr. (Betty); her daughter, Connie Greenleaf (Mike); her sister, Josephine Cutone; her grandchildren, Suzanne Andrew (Shawn), Michael Greenleaf (Angie), Steven Greenleaf, Emily Amato, Zachary Amato, and two great-grandchildren.
Her funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 1395 Girard Dr. with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Ratterman's, 3711 Lexington Rd.
Memorial gifts may be made to the St. Bernadette Church Building Fund, 6500 St. Bernadette Ave. Prospect, KY 40059.
