Mrs. Starks you are a strong wonderful mother.You showed awesome amounts of courage while taking care of such a brave handsome young man.You and Terrell have blessed many people with your story. For me it has shown me that I am truly blessed to be the mother of 3 healthy children... I just want you to know that you are a role model for young mother's like me and Terrell was blessed to have a mother like you... May God grant you a peace that passes all understanding. I have SCA and I would like to receive a photo to be included in our picture gallery of those who have lost their battle with sickle cell disease. I didn't know Terrell, but I have been following his story online. I want to thank you for sharing your story. Your story has made me appreciate life and not take things for granted. I have never seen a stronger family. I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Continue to stay strong. God will see you through.

Mr and Mrs Starks, my prayers go out to you and to every household that is also dealing with this disease. Terrell story has touch me here in San Diego. I pray that they will find a cure and that more people know about this disease. Thank you for letting me into your life every week. may You and your family has given me strength to accept things that I know I cannot change and to be only grateful for the things that I have now. I'm sorry to here that about your son terrell, I knew he had been sick for a while, but had never asked on how sick he was. I just wanted to say i'll keep you all in my prayers and if you need anything just let me know.
