My sincere condolences Eileen and Kane Family. I fondly remember Joey and all of the family growing up in our wonderful neighborhood. My Thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

My thoughts and prayers for the Kane family. I sat in the seat in front of Joe through our years at Keith Academy and can still hear his constant commentary on life and school. He sang the "Ford Falcon" jingle from the tv ad constantly. Some students would write "JMJ" in the top corner of test papers; Joe wrote an abbreivation from geometry instead. I last saw Joe years ago at Tech in an impromptu class reunion with Dave Murphy and Jack Hall. CPOCF my old friend, you are missed.

To this day I still remember the practice you broke a clip board off my helmet for jumping off sides. I thank you every day for that wake up call. RIP Coach k

Yes, Joe was truly THE BEST and he will be missed. His friendship was a blessing to many. His life celebration was beautiful and was a testimony to his character.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I was privileged to have Mr. Kane as a teacher during the 80s and always loved being in his class. Bless you all. Cynthia Decker-McAndrews

Sorry for your loss. I went to Greater Lowell class of 99. Mr. Kane was a great guy and an awsome coach.
We had alot of conversations about sports all the time. He will be missed.

Kane Family,

I had the privilege to have know Coach since the early 90's when my brother played for him. One of my fondest memories was when he asked me to help at practice as a young kid. I was lucky to have played for him from 97-2000. He was a great Coach, teacher, mentor and most importantly a friend.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Coach Kane may be gone, but he will for ever live in the hearts and minds of all those students and athletes that called him coach.

To Kane Family,
I am so sorry for your loss, I knew Coach Kane for some years before going to Greater Lowell. I played softball with Kara for Dracut Rec and he was at the games and also knew my father, I than had the privilege of having as a teacher at the Greater Lowell and just stopping by his office to say hi and talk. He was a great man and respected by many, he will be missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
