In Memory of you Dad

September 30, 1921 ~ September 30, 2013

I will always remember in days gone by, ho quickly the time passed by. There are many memories I have
of him, some very happy and some were blue. In my mind I look back and remember how I can still see
him running and leaping over fences.

The sound of a skill saw will always awaken the memory of how he loved carpentry, building things small
and great.

He was always willing to teach people his trade, that brought him pleasure and pride in those days.

As a young child one of the most happiest times was when we went to Crystal lake, the picnics, and
the good food he did make. The clanging of horseshoes ring in my ears, how he enjoyed to compete.

You were a hard worker Dad, a worker at heart, there was no idle time for you from the start.
In your old age, you wouldn't quit, volunteering your time, you just wouldn't sit.

The smiles of your friends are imprinted in my mind, that humor of your the they loved to the end.

You taught us to work with the ferver you had, a good worker is one who is glad.

My heart holds fond and loving memories of you, and our special times.

In the nursing home weary as you were, you continued in prayer, devotion of Divine Mercy, leading
a group of 8 to 25 people.

You are gone from us now, to your Heavenly home,i am left with memories alone.

I see life like a rose, blue memories are the thorns, as I reflect on those happy memories I see
the rose.

Thank you Dad for all you've done for me, I know you are resting in the presence of the Prince of Peace.
