Marian Craddock

Marion & Jay were the pillers of Colorado City. Indeed Mrs. Craddock was my favorite teacher. I think of her often when setting a table or cutting out a pattern. Thinking to myself, "is that how Marion would have done it?". Also, Jay always had an interest from what was going on at their church, to who was running for mayor or helping out at the local Playhouse. He was always ready to serve. We all were blessed by knowing them both.

We are saddened by the passing of this wonderful lady. She was our teacher. I was one of three boys who signed up for home economics as the first boys to take her class in 1968. She was unbelievable and taught us skills that I still use today. My wife, Carolyn Moore Graves spent many a day at her house. Dana, and Roberta you are in our prayers. We loved your mother.

Ms. Marian. You were a Blessing to me. I met you at the Grand Court Chapel and you had the most Kindest Heart. I will Miss your Beautiful Smile. I know you are rejoicing with they Lord right now. My condolences to your family.
