"Use your head!" I'll never forget those famous words ringing from the dugout of every Buff coached game. Coach Buff leaves a trail of former players who became fathers and coaches themselves. I'm confident that each of these individuals has put a little buff into their kids. He will be missed terribly, yet, remembered with pride and compassion.

Coach Buff taught me a lot about baseball, hard work and most of all about myself. It was an honor to have played under him and to have spent some time with him in THBCA in Waco. From: The one with "A Million Dollar Arm and a Ten Cent Control Tower!!! ML

Brian, Buffy and Brooks; Your Dad was a very special man who impacted many lifes. He taught me to believe in myself and to be the best that I could be. Coach Buff influenced many others as well and that will not be forgotten. Cherish his memories and remember that he loved each of you very much. You were his life and his world..... Keep the Buffamonte flame shining brightly in his honor.
