When I joined the CMA SonShine Riders #11 in Lubbock, Jerry and I had an instant connection, as we both came from Law Enforcement backgrounds. I will miss my fellow servant and friend, but I rejoice in the fact that Jerry is now with his Lord and Savior, and that one day we will all be together again, riding through the clouds. Love you Jerry, and see you soon.

I rode with Jerry back in the early 2000's with the Christian Motorcyclists. He was a stand up solid guy. I haven't seen him in some time but always think fondly of him and know I'll see him again.

Jerry and I played on our church softball team together back in the early 80's. We had a lot of fun back then. Sure sorry that he no longer is going to be with us. God Bless him & his family ! Larry M. Winton

Jerry was a special person. I worked with him at DPS. When he went to mansion security in Austin we took my 7 year old daughter to be a page for Senator Montford and a tour of the mansion. While waiting for the tour we walked around back and the gate was open and we were admiring the beautiful flowers. My daughter saw Jerry on the porch and thought we were going to get arrested. He started toward us and I then realized who it was and walked in and he gave me a big hug and she was relived. He then took us and let us set in the swing and enjoy a visit with him. Something she has never forgotten even tho she is 39. She still talks about how nice he was and how special he made her feel at 7. Love to all the family, Sherron Fisher

Jerry graduated! Praise GOD! He was a blessing, a good man, and a friend. He'll be greatly missed.
