Kennith Gregory

Kennith Gregory, D.O. ROUND ROCK-Dr. Kennith Gregory passed away peacefully on March 30, 2016. He was born in Detroit, MI, on Jan. 14, 1932 to Henry and Linnie Gregory. He graduated from Comanche High School in 1949 and graduated from Howard Payne College in Brownwood, Texas in 1952. Immediately after graduation he married his high school sweetheart, Charlsie Day. They moved to Kansas City, MO where Kennith attended the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine. Kennith had wanted to be a doctor all of his life and that dream came true in 1956 when he graduated from medical school. Dr. Gregory practiced medicine in several small Texas towns before opening a clinic in Abernathy, Texas in 1960. He served that community for over 45 years as a family doctor, delivering over 2000 babies. He was also a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve where he served as the Reserve Hospital Commander at Reese Air Force Base. After retiring from medicine in 2005, he and Charlsie moved to Lake Brownwood, Texas. Kennith loved to fly airplanes, hunt, travel, and fish the rivers of New Mexico and Colorado. Dr. Gregory was preceded in death by his wife, Charlsie, who passed away in 2011; his oldest son, Steve Gregory; and his brother, Dr. Jerry Gregory. He is survived by one daughter, Vicki Posh; two sons, Kevin Gregory, Randy Gregory and his wife, Julie; one sister, Cynthia McCarty; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
