To the family of Santiago C. “Kung Fu” Garcia, I offer my condolences on behalf of myself, my family and the brotherhood of Vietnam Veterans who knew Santiago as an Honorable man who served The United States Army to the best of his ability. In doing so he fulfilled the commitment that all soldiers make in serving his country by answering the call to be in harm's way during the Vietnam War standing in defense of freedom and believing in patriotism. Los acompa?amos en su sentimiento. Sinceramente de parte de Frank Gutierrez—U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.
