I knew Eric in the Navy at Comsublant in Norfolk. We went aboard the sub Scorpion one day. A few weeks later it went down and did not come back up. Eric and I enjoyed fishing on the Atlantic. He was fun to be around.
Eric was a great man, I am very grateful to have had the chance to meet him. We learned a lot from him, about work and life in general. He will be missed. My sincere condolence to his family.
Eric Reid was a great man. I am a better person for having known him. My sincere condolences to Cathy, Kimberly and Tammy.

Eric was a VERY good person. I worked with him when the new switch building was being designed and built. I worked with him on other projects at the switch over the years. He will be missed.
